• Overview:

• We are seeking a reliable and skilled Laborer to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operation of small construction company . The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and experience working with power tools.

• Duties:

• Perform mitigation services for water damage, storm damage, mold damage and fire/smoke recovery.
• Operate power tools and hand tools as needed.
• Load and unload materials from forklifts and other equipment.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with other laborers to complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Experience:

• No prior experience needed, but must be willing to learn.
• Experience working with power tools and hand tools is required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and efficiency.

• Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge and experience working with mechanical equipment.
• Familiarity with power tools and hand tools.
• Ability to work in residential or commercial buildings, as well as in a warehouse environment.
• Basic hand tools and safety equipment knowledge.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
