Handyman/Construction worker (30-40 hrs/week)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Part-Time Construction Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in construction trades including but not limited to carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical. You should be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in various construction tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, plumbing, and electrical work. Work both independently and alongside a team of technicians to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard. Interact professionally with clients, embodying our core values of integrity, fun, and energy in all client-facing situations. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including ensuring your vehicle and tools are kept in top condition. Provide your own transportation and tools. (Company vehicles available depending on role progression.) Ensure a clean and professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

2-5 years experience in at least one or more of the following trades: carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and electrical. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Must provide your own tools. (Company tools available for specific tasks.) A clean driving record and background check. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
