You must not mind working outdoor in the heat or cold, be afraid of getting little dirty or use a little elbow grease to get the job done and must be in good physical shape to handle manual labor task and other various chores. Would prefer you have experience with lawn equipment such as zero turn mower, trimmer, leaf blower etc.. It is an added bonus if you have: mechanical, carpentry auto mechanic experience electrical Valid Driver License Even Bigger bonus if you have your own truck and can help out at my other properties. I am looking for someone long term I have plenty of work for the right person, I am not interested in going through and showing everything to someone who will not be able to stick around, so I prefer you have a stable living environment are drama free and are reliable. With that said I can offer you a stable work environment with consistent weekly cash pay, flexible schedule, and possible transportation to and from the job site. And the possibility to help with my business and make even more money on the weekends.
