(Columbia) ‹ image 1 of 1 › compensation: $100-125 Looking to hire young strong man (must be able to lift 100LBS) to help with general labor anything from cutting the grass, to landscaping, putting up a fence to helping move things around the property and organize the shop. I always have projects that need to be done throughout the week so there is plenty of work for a reliable, honest, young man. You must be comfortable working outside in the weather, show up on time, work while you’re on the job (if you need to check your phone every 10 minutes your probably not a good fit. I am looking for someone I don’t need to micro mange and is comfortable getting the job done and working on their own. That has a general knowledge of a bunch of different skills that would be needed on a farm. This could be great a gig for someone that needs to be paid in cash is available a few days a week, and drama free. (I am not looking to be someone’s therapist) this is more for someone who doesn’t have a family to support, has minimal bills and a flexible schedule and lives close by and can benefit from being paid cash. I am only looking for someone who resides close by and lives in Columbia your drive shouldn’t be more that 15-20 minutes. Extra consideration will be given to candidates that have pickup truck and can tow trailer. There will also be the opportunity to make extra cash for the right person working with my company on the weekends. And can become permanent full-time gig after a while if everything works out. Like to find someone long term not looking for someone who is going to stick around for a few weeks or someone in between gigs. I prefer you have your own vehicle and driver’s license, but I can possibly arrange transportation is you are located no more than 10 minutes from Carolina Wings & Rib House. What I can’t work with is someone who is homeless and dead broke ATM I cannot offer advanced pay (sorry been screwed too many times I can no longer afford it) or someone who is dishonest, and unreliable. And lastly if you’re the type of person who always has bad luck or bad things happen to them and can’t show up or need to reschedule this probably isn’t for you (I get it things happen, and I feel for you) but we would just be wasting each other’s time and prefer not to do that.
