Role:

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Construction Site Helper to join our traveling crew. The ideal candidate is hardworking, organized, and willing to travel to multiple job sites. You will play a key support role in setting up work areas, keeping inventory records, organizing tools and materials, and assisting with general labor tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in setting up and breaking down construction sites Maintain an organized inventory of tools, materials, and supplies Keep accurate records of equipment and materials used Help unload and stage tools and materials at job sites Perform general labor and assist skilled tradespeople as directed Follow all safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents Travel frequently to various construction sites (transportation and lodging provided)

Qualifications:

Prior construction or general labor experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks outdoors Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with frequent travel and working in different environments Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
