This job involves multiple scopes of hands-on work, including setting up temporary fencing, replacing tin on building exteriors, and light assembly using metal struts and all-thread. Responsibilities:
Install temporary fencing around the property perimeter
Replace tin panels and support building exterior refresh
Assemble and connect metal struts using all-thread
Support general jobsite setup and material movement
Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow team direction
Requirements:
Previous experience in construction, fencing, or general labor
Bring basic hand tools if available (recommended)
Must have full PPE and reliable transportation
Ability to lift, move, and perform physical tasks
Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
