CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced and dependable Construction Laborers for an active job site. This is a hands-on role for workers who are comfortable with physical tasks and basic assembly work. If you bring a strong work ethic and are ready to contribute right away, we want to hear from you.

Job Location:

Varies (project-based)

Primary Job Duties:

Install temporary fencing around job site perimeter
Refresh exterior building areas by replacing tin panels
Assist with minor assembly tasks, including connecting metal struts using all-thread
General labor work as needed, supporting skilled tradesmen
Bring hand tools if available – not mandatory, but preferred

Requirements:

Prior construction experience
Must be able to work as part of a team, stay drug-free on site, and commit to at least 40 hours per week
Must have basic PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions on site
