Working Superintendent The Fence Company Columbia Columbia, SC The Fence Company Columbia is a dynamic fence company based in Columbia is experiencing rapid expansion, driven by our commitment to quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Our working superintendent will be responsible for project completion from beginning to end, including maintaining the production schedule, training and managing the install team, communication with homeowners, making sure jobs have been pulled, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Pay:

$50,000 (based on experience)

Hours:

Monday-Friday 7 am – 5 pm.

Requirements:

3-5 years of construction/fence building experience High school diploma or GED A valid driver’s license Clean driving record Must be 21 years of age or older Dependability is a must Proven leadership experience Great communication skills Customer-focused mindset Basic understanding of profit strategies Must be able to meet all of the physical requirements for a manual labor position

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 80 lbs.)
