Job Summary This is a General Labor position with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for Greenrise Technologies. The crew lead is responsible for completing the physical installation of silt fences, inlet protection, slope matting, and other erosion control services on both residential and commercial sites. Responsible for taking direction from the Field Manager to complete work as assigned in the most efficient manner. You may utilize vehicles, hand tools, and some equipment to complete your work each day. Duties & Functions Go over the daily work schedule with the Crew members each morning. Assist with loading trucks with proper installation materials each morning. Always represent Greenrise Technologies in a professional manner to customers and homeowners. Complete all erosion control work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality. Ensure all safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment, or site conduct are being followed. Direct and install all erosion control products to the specifications of the field manager’s direction. Communicate effectively with crew members to ensure accurate and timely production. Achieve daily and weekly goals for your crew’s silt fence installation output. Ensure vehicles, tools, and equipment are taken care of and inspected properly. Relay important information, incident reports, or concerns utilizing the proper chain of command.

Requirements:

Qualifications & Standards Strong leadership skills working as part of a team with 1-3 years of supervisory experience. A commitment to customer service and the ability to represent oneself in a professional manner. Reliable and punctual attendance. Ability to communicate and provide direction. Ability to work long days outside in the elements. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to utilize technology to track work and provide information on job completion. High character, honesty, and integrity essential Must be able to work independently to direct crew members in the completion of work per company standards. Ability to consistently utilize good judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to take initiative and proactively seek continued performance improvement. A valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements for past driving record (required) Experience working with tools and equipment specific to erosion control installations (preferred) Experience pulling a trailer (preferred) Must have a reliable cell phone to communicate with management.
