Construction/General Laborer 5 Strong Construction Hermitage, TN 37076 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting in various tasks that contribute to the successful completion of jobs. This position requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities. Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting and carrying materials as assigned by Lead Carpenter Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from Lead and experienced carpenters to ensure quality work. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety on-site. Load, unload and prepare any tools or materials used to complete the build so the crew can operate efficiently. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risk of injury. Experience Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is required. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus. Prior experience in carpentry is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining productivity.
