Corridor. We would like to see people who already have experience working on underground utilities projects, specifical the placement of Fiber conduits but we can consider anyone with a strong construction labor background. Must be willing to work on a 10 day rotation schedule. 10 days on 10 days off, subject to weather and other conditions. 12+ hours a day. Must be willing to travel within the Middle TN market, when work moves to KY or Alabama you must be willing to travel to those locations. Construction Laborers support construction operations by assisting in loading and unloading equipment, supplies, and earthen materials and physically demanding construction general labor.

Responsibilities:

• Using a hand shovel to dig and clean up soil, sand, and gravel.
• Properly load and unload materials
• Operates ground compactors, levels out and rakes dirt
• Sets up fencing, barricades, and/or safety cones to block off the work area as needed.
• Pour and/or finish concrete
• Removes and replaces sewer/manhole castings and covers in the ground.
• Assist in daily pre-shift safety inspections
• Assist Foreman in all assigned construction activities
• Complete daily equipment inspection reports for any/all equipment.
• Follow safe digging instructions that stay within the scope of the project.
• Attend all safety meetings and training courses as required by the Company.
