Construction Technician Position Available In Davidson, Tennessee

Construction Technician All-Star Maintenance Company LLC Nashville, TN 37227 We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Technician to join our team and help support our growing workload. As a Construction Technician, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day construction activities, ensuring quality work, safety compliance, and helping to bring our projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on construction experience and a strong understanding of building processes and standards.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the execution of construction projects from start to finish Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical plans Operate hand and power tools, equipment, and machinery safely Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately Support site preparation, framing, drywall, flooring, and finishing work Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other team members Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Report issues, delays, or material needs to the site supervisor promptly

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of construction experience in a similar role Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used on job sites Strong understanding of construction techniques and safety practices Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions Physical stamina and ability to work in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
