This role is essential in supporting our underground utility construction projects by assisting crew members, retrieving and using tools, cutting and laying pipe, and performing other hands-on tasks. Key Responsibilities Assist crew members with various construction tasks on-site. Retrieve, transport, and organize tools and materials as needed. Operate and maintain basic hand tools safely and effectively. Perform pipe laying, including measuring, cutting, and positioning pipes. Follow instructions to ensure proper installation of underground utilities. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Adhere to OSHA and company safety regulations at all times. Support site supervisors and equipment operators to ensure efficient workflow. Qualifications Experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, hammers, tape measures, etc.). Willingness to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Prior experience in construction or underground utility work is a plus but not required. Strong work ethic and attention to safety. Valid driver’s license is preferred.
