Ground Laborer Devcare solution 115 Stewarts Ferry Pike, Nashville, TN 37214 Job Overview We are seeking dedicated Laborers to join our team. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on construction sites or other projects. Responsibilities Perform physical labor on construction sites such as digging, carrying materials, and using hand tools Assist with the setup and cleanup of work areas Follow instructions from supervisors to perform tasks efficiently Operate machinery and equipment under supervision Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy objects and perform strenuous physical tasks Knowledge of basic hand tools and equipment is a plus Willingness to learn and follow instructions closely
