Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks related to construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the installation of structures, fixtures, and equipment. Follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete projects accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks. Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship.
