Ultimate Job Duties + Operate hand and power tools + Lift up to 50+ pounds + Perform general labor with other tradesman + Maneuver equipment and building materials + Ability to provide general labor in all seasons and weather conditions Ultimate Construction Worker Requirements + 1+ years of Construction experience + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade + Ability to perform regular standing, bending and kneeling and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance + MUST
