Construction Laborer GCE Construction Knoxville, TN 37930 Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in various weather conditions. Jobsites can range from Tri-Cities (Johnson City, Kingsport, Bristol) Knoxville or other surrounding counties Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including moving materials and equipment as needed. Perform basic construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team. Operate hand tools and power tools under the guidance of experienced workers. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the duration of the project. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks on time and according to project specifications. Experience Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals. Familiarity with basic hand tools and safety equipment is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members. Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects and standing for long hours.
