The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other team members on-site. Duties Assist in the construction and installation of structures and remodel work. Mostly Bathrooms and Kitchens. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications. Perform frame carpentry, trim carpentry, sheetrock, tile work and painting: tasks as needed. Must own power tools and be skilled with power tools. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety on-site. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including electricians and plumbers, to ensure seamless project execution. Experience Previous experience in construction or a related field is required. If you don’t have any experience doing construction work of any type do not apply. Familiarity with reading blueprints and schematics is a plus. Knowledge of various construction techniques including frame carpentry, trim carpentry, sheetrock, painting or tile work.
