This is a full-time position —not subcontractor work—ideal for individuals who are reliable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with a family-owned business. This client takes pride in transforming homes and helping home owners create outdoor spaces they truly enjoy—whether it’s a peaceful dock by the lake or a custom-built deck perfect for hosting friends and family. Projects include deck and dock construction, bathroom and kitchen remodels, door and cabinet installation, and flooring work . Key Responsibilities:
Assist with general home improvement work: framing, remodeling, deck/dock construction, flooring installation, and more Use hand and power tools safely and effectively Read a tape measure and make precise cuts Lift and carry up to 80 lbs Follow directions and complete tasks on time and to spec
Requirements:
Must pass a detailed background check Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or carpentry preferred Reliable transportation to west Knoxville-area job sites Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Smartphone with internet access for job coordination Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team spirit Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
