Job Title:

Skilled Construction Laborer Job Description Clean, repair, and ensure all storage units and offices are in working condition and ready to be rented. Responsibilities include proper tool usage and mechanical aptitude for various repairs and maintenance tasks. Responsibilities Proper tool usage and mechanical aptitude (drills, saws, hammers, levels, measuring tape, and more). Fix minor damages such as drywall holes, replacing light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds, patching up flooring, and making basic electrical or plumbing repairs. Perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and take constructive feedback. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Knoxville, Tennessee. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $23.00/hr.
