Skilled Construction Worker Job Description We are seeking an skilled construction worker with at least two years of experience in residential home building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of repair and maintenance tasks, including fixing minor damages, performing basic electrical and plumbing repairs, and manual labor tasks. Responsibilities Fix minor damages such as drywall holes, replacing light bulbs, door handles, locks, and blinds. Patch up flooring and perform basic electrical and plumbing repairs. Conduct manual labor tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Work independently, follow instructions, and accept constructive feedback. Essential Skills 2+ years of residential home building experience. Proficiency in general labor, construction, and production tasks. Experience with forklift operation, hand tools, and power tools. Knowledge of concrete work, including finishing and tiling. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical wiring. Proficiency in operating heavy machinery such as excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in landscaping and carpentry.
