Full-time (40 hours/week)
Pay:
$18 – $22 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Growing Team at Civil Industries Civil Industries, LLC (an affiliate of Alchemy Properties) is hiring dependable, motivated Construction Laborers to join our growing team. We work on both public and private projects, including grading, utility work, and site cleanup. We’re looking for individuals who aren’t afraid of a hard day’s work with the drive to build a career in construction. No experience? No problem, we’ll train you. If you’ve got equipment experience, that’s a big plus, but it’s not required.
What You’ll Be Doing:
General labor on construction sites (lifting, moving materials, digging, etc.) Site prep and cleanup Assisting with layout and measurements Using hand and power tools Utilizing safety equipment Occasionally traveling to job sites within Tennessee Learning equipment operation and maintenance (if interested)
What We’re Looking For:
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks all day Dependable, on time, and ready to work Good attitude and team player Eager to learn new skills and grow in the trade Equipment operation experience (skid steer, excavator, dozer, etc.) is a bonus
