General Skilled Laborer Brannon’s Construction Riceville, TN 37370 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Skilled Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities Perform a variety of tasks including construction, maintenance, and repair work. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up equipment. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete projects on time. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on the job site. Report any issues or concerns regarding equipment or site conditions to supervisors. Experience Previous experience in construction or skilled labor is preferred but not required. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately. A willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to skilled labor tasks. 10 hour shift 12 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
