Production Worker

• Construction Prefab ($1k Bonus) Laborup Vonore, TN 37885 Overview We’re looking for hands-on Production Workers who take pride in building high-quality concrete precast products that support critical infrastructure across the country.

You’ll build forms, tying rebar, build metal cages, mix and pour concrete and do concrete finish work on drains, culverts, manhole risers and other critical infrastructure products. The work is physical, but largely indoors and out of the sun. Concrete and construction. experience not required. Job Features Competitive pay of $21

• 6am•5pm (Monday•Friday) 2nd shift•11:30am•10pm (Monday•Thursday) Responsibilities Build forms from wood or metal, including measuring, cutting, and assembling to spec Tie rebar manually and operate a wire cage machine to build reinforcement structures Mix, pour, and finish concrete using trowels, floats, and finishing tools Perform in-process and final quality checks on dimensions, surface finish, and materials Operate hand tools, power tools, forklifts, and hoists safely and efficiently Follow detailed work instructions, blueprints, and production drawings with accuracy Load and unload materials, concrete molds, and finished products as needed Cross-train in multiple production areas and assist wherever needed Keep a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production in multiple departments Communicate with leads to improve processes Qualifications 1+ year in fast-paced manufacturing or construction Able to lift 50+ lbs and stand for long hours Enjoys physical work Mechanically inclined: can read blueprints and use tools Strong work ethic and attention to safety Enthusiam for the work High school diploma or GED preferred
