Construction Crew Member Select Ponds Sevierville, TN 37876 We are a fast-growing construction company seeking dependable and motivated Construction Laborers to join our team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we provide the training and support to help you grow in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general construction tasks (e.g., digging, lifting, site cleanup) Load and unload materials and equipment Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic machinery Work closely with skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean job site
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn Must have reliable transportation Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus, but not required
