Skilled Construction Laborer Job Description We are seeking a skilled construction laborer with at least 3 years of commercial construction experience. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn new trades and will perform construction work under the direction of the Superintendent or Foreman. This role involves working on a variety of construction projects including pipeline, trenchless, structural, site & highway, mine, and marine. The candidate must be able to operate or work around heavy equipment on site. This position will be working in the Tri-Cities through the summer and then will need to be open to travel with per diem to future projects. Responsibilities Perform construction work as directed by the Superintendent or Foreman. Work on various types of construction projects including pipeline, trenchless, structural, site & highway, mine, and marine. Operate or work around heavy equipment on site. Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as forklifts, dozers, excavators, skid steers, and loaders. Perform tasks related to concrete work including concrete finishing and concrete pours. Work with underground utilities and storm drains. Measure and mark out construction projects using tape measures. Essential Skills 3+ years of skilled construction experience. Experience with heavy equipment operation. Proficiency with hand tools and power tools. Experience in concrete work including finishing and pours. Ability to work with underground utilities and storm drains. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience with underground utility work is a plus. Why Work Here? We offer a supportive and enjoyable work environment.
