Job Description:

Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception topletion. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects arepleted on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading the project team and maintaining strongmunication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations on the construction site and supervise the construction crew.
Ensurepliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and resources effectively.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for upper management.
Maintain quality control and ensure work ispleted to specifications.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site in a timely manner.
Communicate with clients, architects, and engineers to ensure project alignment with expectations.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role withinmercial construction.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellentmunication and interpersonal skills.
