Foreman/Supervisor Causey Underground Construction LLC Greenville, AL 36037 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to lead projects for our construction team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of all utility construction processes. This role is essential for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Foreman/Supervisor will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising staff, and maintaining effective communication between team members and project stakeholders. Duties Oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines. Manage and supervise a team of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to facilitate accurate execution of construction tasks. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Coordinate project scheduling to optimize resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality assurance. Maintain clear communication with project managers, clients, and subcontractors regarding project status and any issues that arise. Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of schematics is essential. Strong management skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Familiarity with operating excavator, bull dozier, skid steer, and other types of construction equipment. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on project scheduling and quality control practices. Ability to supervise multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to address challenges proactively in a fast-paced environment.
