Position Overview The Site Manager is an experienced, highly skilled professional team and provides support to the Army Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) for the Warfighter Training & Readiness Solutions (WTRS) Contract.

Responsibilities / Duties

The Site Manager position will manage personnel and supervise all functions required to maintain and repair electronic equipment for UH-60M Black Hawk Aircrew Trainer (BAT), CH-47F Transportable Flight Proficiency Simulator (TFPS), AH-64D Longbow Crew Trainer (LCT), UH-60M Cockpit Emergency Procedures Trainer (CEPT), AH-64D Modernized-Target Acquisition/Designation Sight (TADS) Selected Task Trainer-L13 (M-TSTT-L13), CH-47F Cockpit procedural Trainer (CPT), Flight Training Device (FTD), UH-60M

COCKPIT ACADEMIC PROCEDURAL TOOL

(CAPT), Universal Mission Simulator (UMS), 2 Seat Shadow, UH-60 A/L Black Hawk Flight Simulator Upgrade (ABHFS), Non Rated Crew Member Manned Module (NCM3), & Aviation Combined Arms Tactical Trainer (AVCATT). Support the work required to maintain and sustain the Army’s enterprise of TADSS, to assist Project and Product Managers to perform their responsibilities for life cycle management of TADSS, and provide services integrally related to TADSS maintenance. Responsible for management and oversight of the successful work of a multi-disciplinary team to meet all Task Order (TO) requirements. Exercise discretionary and substantial decision-making authority to effectively respond to requirements. Work with limited supervision and direction reporting to the Advanced IT Program Manager. Additional duties include but are not limited to analysis, Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, transition meetings, support for fielding’s, post fielding assessments, and life cycle planning of TADSS. Responsible for ensuring recording of all maintenance actions in the Management Information System (MIS) and for site supply management to include supply, warehousing, and storage support necessary to perform maintenance, and document parts usage, demand and obsolescence in the MIS. Ensure site employees complete contractual, and company required training in a timely manner. Some travel may be required. B.S./B.A.

in Engineering, Science, or Mathematics from an accredited university and Minimum of 10 years’ supervisory experience; additional experience can be excepted in lieu of degree. Have at least 10 years’ background and experience in the last 12 years’ with full-lifecycle management and sustainment of U.S. Army training aids, devices, and simulators including live-fire ranges and instrumentation systems. Have a full understanding of the Warfighter Training Aids, Devices, Simulators and Simulations (TADSS) for the Warfighter Training & Readiness Solutions (WTRS) Contract. Proficient in the use of MS Office products. Strong customer service skills. Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid driver’s license and Post driving privileges. Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Preferred Skills/Knowledges Excellent written and oral communications skills, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) Physical Demands Stand for long periods of time. Must have the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance. Bend, squat, climb, and reach. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing: viewing a computer monitor; extensive reading. May be exposed to extreme weather conditions. Experience utilizing test equipment to include: torque wrenches, volt/micrometers, network cable crimping/testers and solder stations to support repairs Compensation Salary and benefits will be commensurate with experience, expertise, education, and potential.
