Construction Supervisor GTA (Global Technology Associates) (part of Kelly) Selma, AL Job Overview What an OSP Construction Supervisor will be doing Oversee daily operations for multiple OSP construction/maintenance projects. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and staffing plans. Prepare proposals, quotes, and operational documentation for internal and customer use. Obtain permits and ensure regulatory compliance. Direct and supervise employees and contractors (e.g., tower, line, and splicing crews). Determine labor needs and collaborate with HR on recruitment and assignments. Approve timecards, PTO, and expense reports for direct reports. Support performance management, coaching, and development of team members. Track inventory, tools, and equipment across projects. Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Address and mitigate project delays, damages, accidents, or emergencies.

Act as liaison between stakeholders:

customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams. Ensure all contractual requirements and customer expectations are met. What we are looking in an OSP Construction Supervisor Minimum of 3 years OSP construction experience of equivalent combination of education and training required. Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in managing people and projects strongly desired Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite of programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple projects at once with no decline in customer service or quality control. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent planning, organizational, leadership and interpersonal skills Capable of interfacing well at all levels within a large organization and customer base.
