Basic Job Functions:
Vulcraft Alabama is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. This role will work closely with various departments to resolve post-fabrication scenarios, jobsite field issues, provide technical knowledge, and deliver exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will be willing and able to travel up to 50% of the time to all covered territories, and partner with Project Managers to visit jobsites when necessary, while continuously seeking ways to improve and revolutionize the industry. This role also assist in investigating, tracking, and addressing the root of quality and jobsite issues. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all. Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to read and interpret drawings and detailing. Previous experience with SAP, OE, AutoCAD/Tekla, MS Office, including Excel and PowerPoint Minimum of five years of steel joist/fabrication or construction experience Project coordination or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
