Contract with us either as a subcontractor or a partnership.
Requirements:
Independent general contractors with at least 3 years of experience in management, property insurance claims estimating & negotiating and Xactimate billing. Must be licensed and insured. No others need to apply.
Responsibilities:

Planning:
Meeting with clients to assess their needs •
Managing:
Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the construction site •
Inspecting:
Ensuring that the project is progressing as planned • Providing materials: Ensuring that the project has the necessary materials, labor, and equipment •
Compliance:
Ensure the project complies with building codes and permits •
Safety:
Ensure the health and safety of the work site and employees • Hiring subcontractors: Hire and manage subcontractors for specialized tasks •
