APM is a project controls and data analytics company supporting large scale industrial capital projects ranging from $100 million to over $3 billion in total cost. Responsibilities for this position will require a hands-on approach and direct communication with project managers, supply chain management, and external contractors. Duties Develop and manage bid packages by drafting inquiry documents (e.g., Special Conditions, Scope of Work, Pricing Sheets) and coordinate final review before release. Assist pre-bid and post-bid meetings by preparing agendas and presentations along with follow-up meetings with relevant bidders. Coordinate contractor Q&A and evaluation, administering the questions-and-answers process in conjunction with Supply Chain Management and compiling bid analysis for selection. Drive contract award recommendations working with project teams to finalize decisions and route for approval. Ensure full contract compliance by overseeing the final conformance review of documents prior to execution to meet internal and legal standards. Support contract administration support post-award, assisting in the resolution of change orders, claims, and other contract-related issues throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or related field Large and complex construction project experience required Knowledge of common project delivery methods Experience planning and developing construction contract packages, and evaluating proposals preferred Strong communication skills Professional and customer focused
