Whether you come from an architectural or engineering background, if you’ve previously acted as a Lead Consultant or Project Architect on complex schemes, this could be the next step in your career. What You’ll Be Doing Delivering professional design management across a range of multi-disciplinary projects. Defining design programmes, deliverables, and communication strategies. Leading internal and external design team meetings. Supporting project administration and reporting in collaboration with Lead Consultants. Ensuring quality assurance processes and client technical approvals are in place. Helping to establish teams and workflows that set projects up for long-term success. What You’ll Need Experience managing complex design projects as a Lead Consultant or similar. Solid understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work, with experience across pre- and post-contract stages. Previous involvement in large-scale projects (architecture or engineering). Comfortable using digital tools for managing the design process (e.g. MS Excel, MS Project, document management systems). Experience with BIM deliverables and design programming is a bonus. Key Qualities We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills.
