Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites.
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Monitor project progress and prepare reports for management.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices and standards.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
