The General Accountabilities of a Sales Associate at Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors may include the following: Generating Leads and cultivating new business opportunities through various methods such as cold calling, networking and follow-up with leads given. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service. Promptly resolving any customer concerns. Presenting the features and benefits of Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors’ products and services to potential customers. Achieving and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies. Keeping accurate records of sales progress, customer information and other relevant data. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional and advertising strategies. Participate in on-going training and professional development to stay up to date on industry trends. Providing input and suggestions to improve Ridgeline Construction Roofing & Exteriors’ brand standards at all times.
