Construction Manager Salary-Open Position Qualifications:
Possess strong written communication skills and be detailoriented. Minimum (10) years of experience in commercial construction with anMEPF/building controls contractor, general contractor, and/or Cxagency. A bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, preferably inmechanical, electrical, construction management, engineering, orMEP construction management. Must possess a valid driver’s license. Communicate complex issues effectively in written format & oralpresentation to clients. Must be able to function as part of a high-performance team. Strong working knowledge of facilities operations and buildingsystems. Ability to work collaboratively in mobile work environment. Software proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Project, Word,SharePoint). Strong project management skills. Ability to recognize, troubleshoot, document, and optimizefacilities processes. Ability to read and interpret financial data relating tofacilities.
