Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This position requires a sharp eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a key player in our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our projects by coordinating workers, monitoring progress, and maintaining safety standards.
Job Duties:
Travel is required Create your own schedule as per project requirements and deadlines Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely completion. Manage project schedules, resources, and personnel to meet milestones. Enforce safety regulations and conduct regular safety inspections. Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues. Track project budgets and help control costs. Maintain accurate documentation of progress and safety protocols. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in a construction management role, with a focus on commercial or industrial projects. High School Diploma Required/associate degree/Certification preferred in related field preferred. Proficient in construction management software and basic project management tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
