The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. As a Crew Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining safety standards. Duties Supervise and coordinate the activities of crew members on construction sites. Utilize construction management software for project scheduling and tracking progress. Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications. Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Assist in construction estimating to prepare accurate cost assessments for projects. Oversee pipeline installation and maintenance, ensuring adherence to contract specifications. Train and mentor crew members in best practices for safety and efficiency. Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders regarding project status. Requirements Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry. Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
