Role Title :
Home Repair Coordinator Reports To :

Construction Manager The Home Repair Coordinator oversees and manages our growing home repair program, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and quality control. You’ll be the go-to person coordinating with homeowners, subcontractors, volunteers, and staff—while making sure everything runs smoothly, on budget, and with heart.

If you have construction or home repair experience, that’s a huge plus! We’re looking for someone who understands how homes work, how to talk to the pros, and how to spot a good repair from a bad one. 90-Day Onboarding Period We want you to succeed! All new hires go through a 90-day onboarding and probation period designed to support your learning, help you absorb key information, and ensure you feel confident in your role. You’ll have time to get up to speed and gain the tools you need to thrive — and we’ll be with you every step of the way. What You’ll Do Be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for homeowners and internal teams Schedule and coordinate repairs from start to finish Organize subcontractors, calendars, walkthroughs, and timelines Keep our documentation clear and accurate—budgets, files, photos, and reports Promote the program to the community and support homeowner outreach Ensure high standards of customer service and professionalism Put your construction knowledge to work in quality control and site walkthroughs You’re a Great Fit If You… Thrive in organized chaos and love making order out of busy schedules Enjoy solving problems and thinking on your feet Have experience in customer service , project coordination , or admin roles Know your way around Google Docs, Gmail, Word, Excel Communicate clearly and professionally across a wide range of people Have construction or home repair experience (or the curiosity and drive to learn more) Bonus if you’ve worked with subcontractors, Procore, or managed grants/funding Why Work with Habitat?
