Role Title :

Home Repair Coordinator Reports To :

Construction Manager The Home Repair Coordinator oversees and manages our growing home repair program, ensuring efficient scheduling, communication, and quality control. You’ll be the go-to person coordinating with homeowners, subcontractors, volunteers, and staff—while making sure everything runs smoothly, on budget, and with heart.

We’re looking for someone who understands how homes work, how to talk to the pros, and how to spot a good repair from a bad one. 90-Day Onboarding Period We want you to succeed! All new hires go through a 90-day onboarding and probation period designed to support your learning, help you absorb key information, and ensure you feel confident in your role.
