Lead Electrical Operations Manager R & S Electric, LLC 2830 Jordan Lane NW, Huntsville, AL 35816 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a thorough understanding of electrical systems and construction management. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians on various projects, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Develop and manage project schedules, coordinating with other trades to ensure timely completion of tasks. Conduct site assessments to determine electrical requirements and prepare detailed construction estimates. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with OSHA regulations. Use tools such as Ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical issues and ensure proper functionality of systems. Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure compliance with contracts and specifications. Provide training and mentorship to junior electricians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience as an electrician with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or supervisory role. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, and project scheduling techniques. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues effectively. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders. Valid electrician’s license or certification as required by local regulations.
