Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Construction Oversight:

Lead andmanage all construction activities, ensuring projects are completedon time, within budget, and to specified quality standards.

DesignFacilitation:

Coordinate and facilitate design processes, ensuringalignment with project goals and technical specifications.

ScopeDevelopment:

Oversee the development and execution of projectscope, ensuring comprehensive planning and adherence to projectrequirements.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with disciplineleads to integrate construction efforts across various projectsegments, fostering effective communication and teamwork.

RiskManagement:

Identify and mitigate potential risks in constructionand implementation phases, ensuring smooth project progression.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure all construction activities comply withindustry standards and regulations, maintaining high levels ofquality and safety.

Reporting:

Prepare and present detailed reportson project progress, challenges, and solutions to management andstakeholders. Qualifications Prior military service with relevantexperience in construction management or a related field.7 years ofexperience in construction management, preferably on large capitalprojects. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in projectmanagement and construction software. Demonstrated ability tomanage complex construction projects and lead multidisciplinaryteams.
