Full Job Description Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager, Service Delivery to support our Service Delivery team in overseeing real estate activities, construction projects, and client relationships across Georgia and Alabama. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of capital improvement and structural redevelopment projects, ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the local market real estate expert , supporting deployment activities with field presence as needed. Manage end-to-end deployment including site acquisition, leasing, permitting, engineering, construction, and project closeout. Act as the single point of contact for customer escalations and deployment updates at the market level. Deliver weekly reporting including gap analysis, status updates, aging reports, and forecasts. Maintain accurate project timelines and data across internal tools (SiterraUS) and customer systems. Ensure deep understanding of customer requirements , including equipment standards, coverage needs, and contract commitments. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and service level agreements. Provide high-touch customer service from scoping to post-install completion.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years’ experience in wireless service delivery or related project management/construction roles. Strong experience with construction management , including scoping and utility coordination. Knowledge of telecom infrastructure and back-end telecom systems preferred. Proficient in construction drawings, redlines, and permitting processes. Advanced Excel skills required. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Must be located in Georgia or Alabama , with willingness to travel up to 40%
