RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS
Scheduling and overseeing all jobs from start to finish Ordering materials and ensuring delivery of materials when necessary Ensure all jobs meet the safety, quality, and quantity of Prime Design Homes’s expectations Schedule permit inspections Must be well-spoken, polite, and patient when dealing with customers Complete homeowner walk-throughs, create punch lists, and complete lists prior to closings Strong team player with the ability to problem-solve and possess conflict resolution skills Computer skills (Excel, Word, Construction Management Software)
EXPERIENCE
Two to three years of construction experience required
