Position Overview:

We are activelyseeking an experienced Lead Construction Superintendent to overseeand direct all aspects of field operations for large-scale stadiumand/or student housing projects. This is a critical leadership rolethat requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record ofsuccessfully managing multi-million dollar projects from start tofinish—not as an assistant or area superintendent, but as the leadin full command of jobsite operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadall on-site construction activities, ensuring project completion ontime, within budget, and according to design/specifications.

Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, andlogistics. Maintain daily site logs and progress reports. Enforcesafety protocols, quality standards, and site cleanliness.

Interface with project managers, clients, architects, and engineersto resolve challenges and ensure communication flow. Develop andmanage short-term schedules and ensure alignment with masterproject schedule. Mentor field staff and contribute to team cultureand performance.

Required Qualifications:

20 years of constructionexperience , with at least 10-15 years in a Lead Superintendentrole on stadium or student housing projects. Demonstrated abilityto manage high-profile, high-complexity projects fromgroundbreaking to closeout. Strong leadership, organizational, andcommunication skills. Deep knowledge of construction means andmethods, safety standards (OSHA), and scheduling tools (e.g.,Primavera P6, MS Project). Ability to read and interpretblueprints, drawings, and specifications. OSHA 30 certificationrequired. Willingness to travel or relocate to project site ifneeded.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with fast-trackschedules and/or design-build project delivery. Technical degree orrelevant field construction certifications. Familiarity withProcore or similar project management software.
