Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of site development including grading, excavation, utilities installation, and erosion control. Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and loaders as needed to support fieldwork. Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, project plans, and site specifications. Utilize GPS-based machine control systems (Trimble or Topcon) for accurate grading and excavation. Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, material suppliers, inspectors, and project managers. Maintain safe, organized, and compliant job sites at all times. Monitor project timelines, budgets, and field reporting for progress tracking and accountability. Train, lead, and mentor on-site crews, promoting Kingdom Construction’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in site development or civil construction. Proven ability to proficiently operate heavy machinery and equipment. Strong working knowledge of Trimble or Topcon GPS grading systems. Leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors. Independent problem-solving skills and the ability to make real-time decisions in the field. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
CDL License (optional but highly preferred). Experience installing storm drainage systems, water and sewer utilities, and commercial site prep.
