Site Work Superintendent / Civil Project Manger Kingdom Construction Group 351 State St, Mobile, AL 36603 Job Overview Kingdom Construction Group is seeking a highly skilled Site Work Superintendent / Civil Project Manager to lead site development projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating heavy equipment, managing crews, and utilizing GPS-based grading systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of site work: grading, excavation, utilities, erosion control Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, excavators, and loaders as needed Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and project specifications Utilize GPS machine control systems for accurate grading and excavation Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors Ensure job site safety, compliance, and efficiency Monitor project timelines, budgets, and reporting Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in site development or civil construction Proficient in operating heavy machinery Strong working knowledge of Trimble or Topcon GPS systems Leadership and crew supervision experience Ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred:
OSHA 30 Certification CDL License Experience with storm drainage, water/sewer utilities, and commercial site prep
