LEAD SUPERINTENDENT – COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION
A leading Alabama General Contractor specializing in Construction Management, Design/Build, and General Contracting services is seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee all site construction activities and manage field personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and coordinate all construction site activities.
Lead field personnel to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Maintain daily communication with project managers and administrative staff.
Develop and update project schedules to guarantee timely delivery.
Assess the performance of field teams and subcontractors.
Prepare and submit daily reports and timesheets.
Attend on-site and off-site meetings as needed.
Promote and enforce safety protocols and practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 5+ years of construction experience, including at least 2 years as a Lead Superintendent.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and contract documents.
Familiarity with construction software is a plus.
A team-oriented mindset with excellent leadership skills.
Proven ability to foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
