Director of Preconstruction
A top General Contractor is seeking a Director of Preconstruction. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who wants to build out a department and be an intricate part of a company’s success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee project teams to ensure successful execution and completion of preconstruction process.
Plan and lead preconstruction strategies.
Develop and implement preconstruction products, systems, and procedures.
Align the team with changes in market conditions and workload
Participate in all key meetings.
Foster client relationships
Qualifications:
10+ years leading an estimating department.
10+ years of estimating/construction experience
Proven leadership skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Compensation/Benefits:
Base Salary $150-$175K+ (depending on experience) Bonus program
