Our services include construction management, fabrication, erection, mechanical installation, and plant maintenance for heavy industrial, commercial, and roadway projects, as well as a full spectrum of golf course construction and management services. Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and safety-focused Site Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our industrial maintenance facility. This role is responsible for managing personnel, coordinating maintenance schedules, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and maintaining a high level of operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of technicians, and maintenance staff. Coordinate and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial equipment and infrastructure Monitor site performance and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce downtime Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to OSHA, environmental, and company safety standards Manage budgets, procurement of materials, and maintenance tools and equipment Act as the primary liaison between upper management, contractors, and on-site staff Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, safety inspections, and incident reports Support and lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and compliance training sessions. Prepare and present performance reports for senior management Respond promptly to emergencies, breakdowns, or critical repairs as needed Qualifications Proven experience as a Site Manager, Maintenance Manager, or similar role in an industrial setting Strong knowledge of industrial equipment, systems, and maintenance practices Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills Ability to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals Knowledge of OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) 5+ years of relevant experience in industrial maintenance, with 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role Relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 30, PMP, CMRP) are a plus Physical Demands Some overtime required to meet deadlines. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds occasionally. Requires long periods of sitting. This position is fulltime onsite which may require temporary travel for extended periods of time.
